Customers simply need to purchase a merchandise of their choice in-store and get it sent to any part of Malaysia. Not only will this allow customers to share the gift of giving to family and friends across state or overseas, but also to ensure that the items are gift-ready when they are sent. Each package will also include a complimentary greeting card to include a personal message.

FAQs

1. How does the Siren Gifting Program work?
Customers need only to visit the selected Starbucks stores to purchase their selected merchandise from our barista*, receive our complimentary greeting card to write any message to attached with the gift, scan the QR code provided to fill in their delivery details. Once completed, just pass the merchandise and the greeting card to the barista and they will handle the rest.
 
2. Do I need to wrap or pack the items myself?
No, our baristas will assist with the wrapping, packing and sending of the item. Each item will be wrapped and packed carefully to be safely received by your intended recipient.
 
3. How many items can I send through the program?
We only limit the number of item that can safely fit into our provided packaging. At this time, there is no limit on the number of packages that a customer can send.
 
4. How long will the delivery take?
Delivery time may take up to 5 business days if sent within Malaysia. Delivery for East Malaysia may take up to 16 working days. The shipment may be delayed if there are any extreme weather conditions.
 
5. Do I need to (physically) go to the store to purchase the item?
Yes, you will need to purchase the item(s) in-store and scan the QR code to provide the delivery details. Delivery can be made to any address in Malaysia, except P.O. Boxes.
 
6. Will you charge any additional delivery fee?
Yes, delivery fee is applicable when sending packages through the Siren Gifting. It starts from RM10 and RM17 for deliveries made to Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia respectively. Prices are subject to change depending on quantity and weight. For more information, please check with our friendly baristas at the store when doing Siren Gifting.
*To celebrate Raya, we are providing FREE delivery from 13 April 2021 to 12 May 2021.
 
7. Why can’t I send the item from Sabah / Sarawak / Highlands / Non-listed stores?
For now, the Siren Gifting Program is only available in these selected Starbucks stores. However, delivery can be made to any addresses in Malaysia, except P.O. Boxes.
 
8. Can I send Starbucks cards / coffee / tea?
We can only send merchandise and non-perishable ready-to-eat items, such as our nuts, whole bean coffees, teas, VIA™ Ready Brew instant coffee and also our “Starbucks Power Packs”.
 
9. Can I send items that I did not buy in this store / bought outside?
Sorry, for now we can only send merchandise that has been purchased at a Starbucks store directly through the same transaction.
 
10. Can the item I send be exchanged or returned?
On any inquiry related to refunds and exchanges, customers are to provide Starbucks photos as per below for investigation purposes:
1.       Full photo of the inner & outer packaging (multi-angle)
2.       Clearer photo of front & back view of the packaging
3.       Complete and clear photo of the damage item
4.       Clearer photo of the consignment note on the packaging
5.       Clearer photo of the purchased receipt (if any)
 
*Please note that some limited-edition items may not be available for exchange, but a refund can be provided.
 
For exchange due to damaged or lost items, please follow the below guidelines (unless exchange may not be available):
1.       Customer must provide a complete photos for supporting details as above guidelines.
2.       The exchange will be available within the original store or nearby store.
3.       Starbucks Malaysia reserves the right to exchange with the same product, if available or from a similar product range.
 
For refunds, please follow the below guidelines (unless refund may not be available):
1.       Customer must provide a complete photos for supporting details as above guidelines
2.       Refund is valid within 3 days upon receiving the item with supporting details as above
3.       In the event refund is required, please be informed that the process will take up to maximum of 14 days to be credited from the date Starbucks receive the completed customer details (before 5pm).
 
 
11. What are my payment options when using the Siren Gifting Program?
You may use any of the payment options available in our stores such as your Starbucks Card or Mobile App, cash, credit card and applicable e-wallets.
 
12. Do you ship internationally?
