Our body is a vessel that carries our well-being throughout our journey in life and thus on top of exercising, our body needs constant nourishment and sufficient goodness to fuel our drive to perform well.

Breakfast, known as the most important meal of the day, is literally when you ‘break’ your ‘fast’ after an average of 8 hours since your last meal. The right nutrients consume in the break of dawn helps rehydrate your body and provide sufficient energy that you need to give your metabolism a boost and keep you up and about, at least for the better half of the day.
